This was brewed originally to celebrate the seventh anniversary of the Alder Carr Farm which was the third Farmers Market to set up in this country. It proved so popular that I now brew it every February, leave it in cask until Summer and then bottle. Available in cask ... if you order well in advance!
Maris Otter Pale Malt with just a little crystal to give it a nice honeyed hue. The hops are Perle followed by Hallertaeur and then finishing on Tettnang.
