So I delved back in the archives to find a Cobbold recipe from the 1950's, again relying on good old East Anglian Maris Otter malt with 5% dark crystal to give it that extra body and dare I say it .. I dare, I dare .. Oomph, there, I said it! Copper coloured, thirst slaking no nonsense .. And no I am not bitter, but the beer is.
