Brewed for my Mother in Law's ninetieth ... the rest is history!
Maris Otter, Crystal and just a soupcon of dark crystal to give it a tawny glow. I use a long long boil incorporating Tettnang and Hallertaeur hops and then finishing on Galena. Left to mature in the cask before bottling, there is an explosion on the palate. A wonderful award winning sample of the style. Silver at Cambridge
